My name is Rosie and together with my friend and business partner Chrissi, we run Get Fit For It.
I have been working in fitness for 15 years and have helped hundreds of people who want to get fitter, healthier and happier.
JumpStart was born out of our frustration with other Body Transformation or Photoshoot challenges.
The thing is, they appear great.
The pictures on socials of these amazing transformations look incredible.
But there is rarely an after - the - after picture.
We both found we were working with more and more people who had done these kind of extreme challenges but a few months later had rebounded to end up further from their goals than they started and calling upon us to help get them back on track.
So we decided to combat the problem head on and create our own.
We put together everything needed for a body transformation into one simple and easy to follow programme that covers all the bases.
This allows us to focus on coaching and keeping you accountable while you get the training and nutrition solutions that suit your lifestyle.
Because of this our members get incredible results in the 8 weeks with us.
But they are also ready to maintain those results on their own.
Which means, we can be the last programme they ever need.

Most transformation plans have no space for balance.
They are inherently all or nothing.
Instead, we want your training and nutrition to complement and enhance the rest of your life, not detract from it.
So, how does it work?
Everyone we work with starts off by filling in an application and having a quick chat with us on the phone.
“But Rosie, I am busy all week at work already.. Why can’t I just sign up?”
I get it, who needs more calls in an already packed week when you just want to get going on a new programme.
The things is, we pride ourselves on an industry beating satisfaction and success rate and a lot of that comes down to us chatting to people before starting, to make sure that:
1) Their goals are a good fit for the programme and we can 100% help them.
2) They are in the right place to get started; Body Transformations always involve an element of change and sometimes the timing isn’t quite right for people.
3) We are the right coaches for them. Not all personalities fit in a client coach relationship, and that is okay, but we can’t find that out without a chat.
So we check over your application form in advance and come to the call prepped and ready to go, so it is a pretty quick chat and then either we can let you know how we can help or point you in the direction of better options for you - yes, even if that is a totally different company.
Next, if we think it is a good fit and you want to get on board we will get you set up for our next group start date.

Team Sessions
Mondays are team training night. A live session with our coaches and meet the other members of Get Fit For It. The sessions are all recorded so even if you cannot make it you can get the session done.
The rest of your training is totally flexible around you and all housed on our online platform. Just click and go.

Personal Nutrition Plans
Unlimited access to 121 Nutrition Coaching over the 8 weeks.
We believe Nutrition is the foundation for all Body Transformations. While principles are common for us all the way we apply those principles to our lives is personal so we do all nutrition sessions on a 1-2-1 basis with Rosie, our in house nutritionist.

Ever feel like your phone never stops with notifications?
Well we didn’t want to add to that by using WhatsApp or Facebook for our group chats. Instead we use Voxer so that can dip in and out at a time that is convenient for you. The group forum is a great way to get ideas and motivation from the others in Get Fit For It.

Every session can be done at home without any equipment (but if you have weights at home you can add them in)
Sometimes after the 8 weeks our members want to move on to heavier weights and a gym programme which is awesome, and we have a follow up plan if that is something you would like to do.
However, you can keep the entire of the JumpStart programme for life so there is no reason you can’t just keep repeating as many times as you want to.
